"Photos didn’t match what they promised"
The part itself did work, so I’ll give them that, but the photo was not exactly what I received. It’s frustrating because the listing made it seem like I’d be getting what was shown, and that’s just not what happened. Feels like one of those little promises that gets broken and leaves you annoyed.

"Didn’t Fit My Amp Like I Expected"
I ordered this part thinking, okay, it says it should fit my amp model, so this should be easy. Nope. Once I tried to line it up, it was obvious it wasn’t going to work at all. The compatibility info really could’ve been clearer, because I definitely wouldn’t have bought it if I knew. Then I had to pay return shipping on top of it, which just made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be...

I tried to check out, but the payment options were limited. They didn’t have the one I usually use, and there wasn’t really an easy workaround, so I just ended up leaving my cart.

"Still no idea where my order is"
I ordered some parts and the tracking/status has barely changed at all. It just kind of sits there with no clear update, so I don’t know if it’s even shipped yet. I’ve had to keep checking myself instead of getting any useful info, which is frustrating. At this point, I’d at least expect an apology or some kind of explanation...

"Checkout Almost Broke Me"
I swear, trying to check out on amplifiedparts.com felt like I was attempting to launch a spacecraft instead of buying one tiny little part.
My cart kept glitching around, pages were loading like they were powered by a potato, and I had to type the same info in more than once, which made me question every life choice that led me there.

I just wanted to grab a small part and move on with my day, not enter a full emotional battle with a checkout page. It should be simple, and for that whole experience, I’m giving it 1 star.

"Got the wrong parts after all that waiting"
I ordered specific parts and ended up receiving something completely different. After waiting around for the order to finally show up, opening the package and seeing the wrong items was really frustrating. Definitely not happy with the experience

"Parts showed up fine, but the packaging could’ve been better"
I did get my order, and to be fair, the parts seem to work fine, so I’m not saying it was a total disaster or anything. But the packing was weak. The tubes were just in a thin box with barely any padding, and one corner of the box was crushed when it arrived. Maybe I’m being picky, but for something fragile, I don’t think expecting better protection is unreasonable. Shipping was decent, so that part was fine. I just really wish they’d packed it with a little more care

"Parts were fine, but the install help left me hanging"
I ordered a kit from amplifiedparts.com, and to be fair, the parts themselves showed up fine and seemed totally okay. So I don’t want to make it sound like the whole order was bad or anything.
But the installation guidance felt bare-bones, at least to me. Maybe I’m not the only one who needs a little more detail? The diagram was basic, and some steps seemed to assume I already knew what I was doing, so I ended up digging through forums just to finish it. Not useless, but definitely more frustrating than I expected.

"Hard to Trust the Listing Now"
I ordered this part because the description made it sound like exactly what I needed, but when it arrived, the specs didn’t match the listing. It was different enough that I couldn’t even use it. it’s really frustrating after paying for shipping and waiting around for it to show up. Now I don’t really trust their product descriptions, which is a problem. They need to do a much better job checking their pages before people waste time and money.

"The parts labels were a total mess"
Trying to sort through these parts was a pain. The labels were all over the place, and the bins were mixed up so badly it felt like some absolute clown organized them.

"Return info felt really unclear"
I was kind of frustrated trying to figure out the return policy. Some parts made it seem like returns were fine, but then I couldn’t tell if certain items were excluded or if there were fees involved. Maybe the details are somewhere on the site, but they definitely weren’t easy to find, and it left me getting mixed signals the whole time.

"Sizing info could be clearer"
I had a bit of trouble figuring out the measurements for the part, and I ended up ordering the wrong size. The support page helped a little, but it still wasn’t quite clear enough for me. Overall, I just wish the sizing details were explained a bit more clearly.

"Not worth the hassle"
The manufacturer info said this would fit, but it didn’t even come close. Trying to return it was more annoying than it should’ve been, and the email responses felt like generic copy-paste replies instead of actual help. for the time and frustration, it just wasn’t worth it.

"Late delivery and frustrating tracking"
I’ll be honest, I’m already a little picky about shipping because I hate not knowing where my stuff is, so this really annoyed me. The package showed up late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. Maybe it’s not a huge deal for everyone, but for me it made the whole experience frustrating

"Wiring diagrams were tough to use"
I mainly ordered these parts because I needed the wiring diagrams and schematics, but they ended up being frustrating. Some of the lines were hard to make out, a few little details seemed to be missing, and they didn’t really match up with my amp the way I expected. I even had the chassis on the bench and spent most of the night tracing wires myself, which was exactly what I was trying to avoid. I emailed about it, but the reply was basic and didn’t help much. Overall, not really the experience I was expecting from amplifiedparts.com

I bought this recently after trying it out for a bit, I just don’t see myself purchasing it again. It didn’t really work out for me, and by the time I’d used it for a few days, I already knew it wasn’t something I’d want to reorder.
